We have the experience to adeptly guide our clients through all aspects of any real estate transaction, including the drafting and negotiating of purchase and sale agreements, real property due diligence, acquisition and/or development financing, and identifying and obtaining required approvals.

 We also advise landlords and tenants in respect of leasing matters, for commercial, office, industrial, shopping centre and mixed-use space. We have acted for tenants on unique “build-to-suit” leases for new construction office space as well as on significant sale and lease-back transactions. Our lawyers also regularly act for landlords and developers of shopping centres and of other multi-tenant commercial and industrial projects in respect of leasing matters.
