  • Premises Attendant

    • Fillmore Riley LLP is a highly regarded and accomplished full-service law firm located in the heart of downtown Winnipeg. We are looking for a permanent, full-time Premises Attendant.

      Primary responsibilities include:

      • Cleaning, maintenance and stocking of boardrooms, lunchroom, and coffee stations
      • Providing assistance in setting up for any meetings
      • Maintenance of network printer stations throughout the firm
      • Ordering and stocking of supplies
      • Submitting invoices to accounting
      • Maintenance of internal mailroom
      • Relief coverage for Reception
      • Ability to lift boxes up to 25 lbs.

  • Librarian Assistant

    • Fillmore Riley LLP is a highly regarded and accomplished full-service law firm located in the heart of downtown Winnipeg. We are looking for a part time Librarian Assistant. We are seeking a detail oriented individual who takes direction well and is also able to work independently.

      Responsibilities will include:

      • Filing loose-leaf updates such as the Continuing Consolidation of the Statutes of Manitoba and loose-leaf textbooks
      • Copy and distribute materials such as tables of contents
      • Shelving new and returned library materials
      • Sort and file daily newspapers
      • Assisting with shelf reorganization
      • Assisting library users, as needed
      • Other duties as assigned

      Core Competencies:

      • Library technician diploma from recognized library technician program or similar information centre experience
      • Proficiency in Word and Excel
      • Ability to lift books and library materials

  • Operations and Business Processes Manager

    • Fillmore Riley LLP is a highly regarded and accomplished full-service law firm located in the heart of downtown Winnipeg. We are seeking a Manager, Operations and Business Processes to join our team of professionals. Under the direction of the Executive, and reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the MOBP will manage office administration and procedures and streamline workflows to achieve organizational efficiency and excellence. The successful candidate will be a results oriented individual who thrives working in a dynamic, professional services environment with a high-performing team.

      The MOBP will oversee the daily operational functions of the firm and manage direct reports in operations and administration. The MOBP will analyze processes and procedures, make recommendations on streamlining workflows with a key focus on digitization, and implement improved processes and systems.

      The MOPB will have a broad range of responsibilities, from onboarding new team members to managing special projects. A manager who excels in making work processes, layouts and teams more efficient will flourish in this role.

      Skills and Experience

      • Highly organized and adept at setting priorities with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
      • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
      • Experienced managing people and workflow
      • High level of professionalism and good judgement stemming from experience working with sensitive and confidential information

      Qualifications

      • Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in business administration or similar field
      • At least five years of work experience in a management role
      • Expert knowledge of Excel and Word
      • Completion of project management certification or experience with project management software is an asset
