Biography
Alex is an associate in the firm’s business law practice.
She assists the commercial team with a variety of transactional matters, including commercial asset and share acquisitions and sales.
Alex is a graduate of the University of Manitoba Faculty of Law. She has an extensive background conducting legal research in both real estate and securities law matters. In addition to her involvement as a student Law Clerk for the Manitoba Provincial Court, she was recognized with course awards for the highest standing in Administrative Law (2021) and Passeport du Droit (2022). Alexandra participated in various oral advocacy competitions, including the Laskin Administrative/Constitutional Law Moot Court Competition, Robson Hall Negotiation Competition, and the DAVIES Corporate/Securities Law Moot.
