Fillmore Riley lawyers to share insights at the 2026 MBA Mid-Winter Conference

Johanna Caithness, Aron Grusko, Ari Hanson, Sofia Mirza and Dan Patriarca will be presenting at the Manitoba Bar Association's Mid-Winter Conference. Annika Friesen and Nick Noonan will be moderating.

Dan is a panellist discussing "Intellectual Property and Privacy Considerations in Share Purchase Agreements: Canadians and US Perspectives." The session will provide a thorough examination of the core contractual provisions and foundational legal principles essential for managing intellectual property and privacy risks in share purchase agreements.

Nick is moderating a discussion on "2026 Perspectives on Corporate Law" presented by the MBA Business Law Section.

The Mid-Winter Conference is a two-day event, offering well-rounded professional development, networking and special events. The conference takes place from January 22-23.
