Biography

Anthony is an associate practising in civil litigation.

He focuses primarily on insurance law, defending a broad array of insured claims related to product liability, general property and casualty insurance, professional errors and omissions and municipal liability. He also routinely acts for insurers in subrogation matters and coverage disputes. Anthony also has particular experience in the area of professional regulation and disciplinary matters, acting on behalf of regulated professionals and their associations. He also supports the firm’s banking litigation practice, assisting in debt collections and creditor’s rights enforcement proceedings.

Anthony has appeared before all levels of court in Manitoba as well as various tribunals.

Anthony represents Fillmore Riley on the Planning Committee for the Manitoba Bar Association’s hallmark Midwinter Conference. His leadership roles within the firm include participating in the summer and articling student recruitment process and the direction of the United Way Campaign.
