Biography
Samuel is an articling student-at-law with an expected Call to Bar of 2026.
Samuel earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Ottawa in 2025, focusing on dispute resolution and professional responsibility. He was actively involved in the law school community, serving as Vice President of the Jewish Law Student Association.
Samuel also currently serves on the board for the Winnipeg Jewish Theatre.
