Biography
Kyle is an associate in the firm’s business law practice, with a primary focus on immigration law. As part of the firm’s immigration and global mobility team, he assists clients on all aspects of immigration matters, including International Mobility Program (IMP) Applications, Criminal Inadmissibility Applications, Temporary Residence, and Permanent Residency Applications including those under the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program and Spousal/Common Law Sponsorship categories.
Kyle received his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2024. During law school, he was the recipient of the D.A. Thompson Q.C. Prize in Intellectual Property Law and he served as the Robson Hall Chapter President of the Runnymede Society. He also served as a student clinician at the L. Kerry Vickar Business Law Clinic. In 2020 and 2021, Kyle was awarded the Undergraduate Research Award where he researched legal issues related to bioethics.
