Biography
Tarah is a paralegal in Fillmore Riley's Residential Real Estate department, and also acts as a legal assistant in the firm's corporate department.
Within the Residential Real Estate Department, Tarah acts on residential purchases, sales and refinancing transactions for estates, individuals and corporations. In her real estate work, Tarah is responsible for reviewing Offers of Purchase, mortgage instructions and other transactional documentation. She is also responsible for drafting and preparing transactional legal documentation, attending to registrations within the Manitoba Land Titles System and ensuring closing schedules are met for all involved parties.
Since joining Fillmore Riley in 2020, Tarah has been committed to growth and collaboration in her role, ensuring that clients receive high-quality, efficient service.Tarah is a regular participant in CancerCare Manitoba's flagship Challenge for Life fundraiser on Fillmore Riley's Motion to Strike Cancer team.
