Biography

Jayden is an articling student-at-law with an expected Call to Bar of 2027.

Jayden earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2026, where he earned numerous awards, including the Margaret Hypatia Crawford Award for highest standing in third year.

While in law school, Jayden served as a Legal Intern at the United Nations Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia. In this role, he focused on research regarding crimes against humanity, war crimes, and genocide, and participated in ongoing reconciliation efforts in the country. He also participated in the Academic Exchange program, completing a term at Radboud University in the Netherlands in third year.

Jayden assumed numerous leadership roles at Robson Hall. He served as the Robson Hall Chapter President of the Runnymede Society, and was the President and Founder of the Legal Lens Photography Club.

Jayden is fluently bilingual and completed the Concentration in Access to Justice in French as part of his JD. He represented Robson Hall at the 2026 Canadian National Negotiation Competition (French Stream) and completed an internship at Infojustice where he assisted the Winnipeg French community with legal issues. He also served as an Editor at the Manitoba Law Journal and French Junior Editor at the Canadian Journal of Human Rights.
