Biography
Hannah is an associate in the firm's business law practice, working in the areas of corporate and commercial law.
Hannah's legal practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities, financings, and both residential and commercial real estate. In early 2024, Hannah completed a secondment in the legal department of Priceline, a brand under Booking Holdings, where she gained valuable experience working on a variety of corporate and commercial matters in the travel technology space.
Before her current role at Fillmore Riley, Hannah was associate legal counsel at a prominent national independent investment fund management company in Toronto. In this capacity, she handled a diverse portfolio of securities law matters.
Previous to her legal career, Hannah was a nationally acclaimed violinist. Continuing to be a staunch advocate for Winnipeg's arts community, she currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Rosamunde Summer Music Academy & Festival.
