Biography
Hannah is an associate in the firm's business law practice, working in the areas of corporate and commercial law.
Hannah's legal practice covers a broad range of corporate and commercial law, with a particular emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, securities, financings, and both residential and commercial real estate. She provides comprehensive advice to clients that considers any unique challenges they may be facing, with a commitment to building long-lasting relationships.
Before her current role at Fillmore Riley, Hannah was associate legal counsel at a prominent national independent investment fund management company in Toronto. In this capacity, she handled a diverse portfolio of securities law matters.
Previous to her legal career, Hannah was a nationally acclaimed violinist. Continuing to be a staunch advocate for Winnipeg's arts community, she currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Rosamunde Summer Music Academy & Festival.
