Esther is an articling student-at-law with an expected Call to Bar of 2027. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Manitoba in 2026.

Esther served in numerous roles with the MLSA while in law school, including as Co-Chair of the Social Committee, Women's Representative, and Out of Town Coordinator for the Professional Development Committee. She also served as VP Internal for the Black Law Student Association. Esther completed an externship at the Law Library Hub and served as project lead for Pro Bono Students Canada (Manitoba Eco Network). She was also a participant in the Solomon Greenberg Moot.
