The ICD-Rotman DEP is Canada's leading national corporate governance certificate program for accomplished board directors and serves as the prerequisite to earning the ICD.D designation. Admission is competitive, requiring a demonstrated track record in board leadership and strong references from peers and senior leaders. Candidates who complete the program must then pass a comprehensive exam of governance acumen administered by the Institute of Corporate Directors to be awarded the ICD.D.
