Fillmore Riley LLP congratulates the Honourable Justice David Kroft on his appointment to the Manitoba Court of Appeal.
The Minister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada announced David’s appointment after he served as a Judge of the Manitoba Court of King’s Bench for nearly seven years.
Prior to his appointment to the Manitoba Court of King's Bench in 2016, David practised law at Fillmore Riley for over 25 years, with a focus on commercial litigation, bankruptcy, insolvency, banking litigation and restructuring.
