Aaron Challis recognized on Benchmark Litigation's 40 & Under List – Canada

Aaron Challis, a partner of Fillmore Riley LLP, has been recognized in the 2025 edition of Benchmark Litigation's 40 & Under List – Canada.

Recognizing the top emerging talent in Canada, Benchmark Litigation's 40 & Under List is the result of an extensive research process, involving interviews with litigators, a review of recent casework, and peer evaluations to identify outstanding young litigators making an impact.

Aaron's practice focuses primarily on commercial litigation and insurance matters. He has significant experience advising clients on a wide range of claims and acting for insurers and resolving matters for clients in construction, real estate and development industries.

Aaron also supports the firm's financial services clients, including banks and credit unions in bankruptcy, foreclosure and debt enforcement proceedings. He has appeared before trial and appellate courts in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Ontario. He also represents clients in regulatory proceedings and ADR processes.
