Biography
Andrea practises in the area of corporate and commercial law.
He advises enterprises across a broad spectrum of business activity on complex business contracts and standard terms of business, asset acquisitions and dispositions, mergers and acquisitions and financing transactions. Andrea’s practice includes work on wills and estates and corporate tax planning.
Prior to joining Fillmore Riley, he has worked in private enterprise and held public sector positions in the legal field in Europe and Canada. He also taught Environmental Law as a sessional instructor at the Faculty of Law at the University of Manitoba.
Andrea is a graduate of the University of Manitoba, holding a Master of Laws and a Juris Doctor. He was recognized for achieving the highest class standing in Evidence. He is very involved in the Winnipeg Italian community, serving as the Vice-President of the Dante Alighieri Cultural Society. Andrea provides services in English, Italian and Spanish.
