Biography
Tavia has extensive experience in real estate, commercial and corporate paralegal work.
Tavia is responsible for the preparation of key corporate documents, including those required to form Manitoba and federal corporations, provincial corporations and limited partnerships. She provides a wide range of documentation and corporate record management services for reorganizations, amalgamations, amendments, revivals, and dissolutions of existing corporations. She also prepares applications for extra-provincial registrations and business name reservations.
