Biography

Lindsay is a partner with a broad practice encompassing corporate and commercial law, taxation, pensions and real estate matters.

She counsels established and early-stage companies on corporate governance, asset acquisition and disposition transactions, tax planning and business combinations. Lindsay also advises on all aspects of pensions law and pensions administration. She regularly provides services to clients on a variety of corporate matters, including the buying and selling of businesses in a variety of industries and the preparation and negotiation of shareholder agreements and similar corporate governance agreements.

She also has experience in commercial conveyancing, leasing and financing. Lindsay prioritizes client engagement, maintaining a high level of communication with her clients and taking the time to assess each individual client’s goals, concerns and values.  She strives to provide practical and timely advice to her clients tailored to their specific objectives.
