Biography
Kayla is a paralegal in the firm's corporate department.
She assists on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including preparing documents to form Manitoba and Federal corporations, professional corporations and limited partnerships, as well as documentation to amend, amalgamate, and continue corporations. She also completes applications for extra-provincial registrations and creates and maintains corporate minute books.
