Biography
Karen is a paralegal in the firm's corporate department.
In her role, Karen assists on a wide range of matters, including handling incorporations and corporate organization matters and preparing and registering limited partnership documentation. She also assists with amalgamations, dissolutions and revivals, as well as dividends, share redemptions and other general corporate documentation, and preparing and maintaining corporate records and minute book materials.
