Josie is a paralegal who assists the firm's corporate lawyers and other firm members in all aspects of banking and secured transactional work.

Josie leans on her 20 year of experience to provide efficient service in a wide variety of work, including conducting and analyzing due diligence searches, PPSA, Land Titles Office and Bank Act registrations, ordering and negotiating title insurance policies, and disbursement of loan proceeds to various stakeholders. She also has experience assisting in asset-based lending, syndicated lending, infrastructure and project financing, securitizations, senior and subordinated lending, debt restructuring and cross-border secured lending.
