Biography
Charlene is a paralegal in the firm's corporate department.
In her work supporting the firm's corporate lawyers, she prepares key documents required to form Manitoba and Federal corporations, professional corporations and limited partnerships, assists with documentation to amend, revise, amalgamate, dissolve and continue corporations, completes applications for extra-provincial registrations, registers business names, creates and maintain electronic corporate minute books, and assists in the preparation and closing of corporate transactions.
Charlene is fluent in both English and Filipino.
