Biography
Ashley is a trademark paralegal with the firm's intellectual property group.
She has over 12 years of experience assisting with patents, industrial designs, copyright and trademarks. In her work, she assists with searching, filing, prosecution, renewal and opposition of trademark matters, within Canada and internationally. She is a Certified Canadian Trademark Administrator and a Trademark Agent-in-Training. Ashley is the Vice Chair of the Trademark Administrators Committee of the Intellectual Property Institute of Canada and is a member of the Trademark Administrators Committee of the International Trademark Association.
Ashley has also assumed multiple leadership roles in the community, including as the Chair for the J.A. Cuddy School Parent Advisory Council.
