Allison is a paralegal with the firm's corporate department.

In her role, Allison is responsible for the preparation of many key corporate documents, including documents required to form Manitoba and Federal corporations, professional corporations and limited partnerships, as well as documentation to amend, revise, amalgamate, dissolve, revive and continue corporations.

She also provides assistance with applications for extra-provincial registrations, registers business names, creates and maintains electronic corporate minute books, and assists in the preparation and closing of corporate transactions.
