Biography
Allan is our law librarian. The library supports the research and facts needed by lawyers to strengthen their positions for clients. His role also includes teaching best practices, training, managing and classifying library materials.
Allan holds his Master of Library and Information Science from Emporia State University as well as a Legal Research Professional Learning Certificate from the University of Toronto. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Asian Studies from the University of Manitoba.
He is on the Board of Directors of the Winnipeg Chinese Cultural & Community Centre and coaches hockey with the River East Minor Hockey Association. He speaks fluently in English and Cantonese.
