Fillmore Riley lawyers volunteer to present at Will Week 2017.

Six lawyers who practise wills and estate law at Fillmore Riley LLP will deliver presentations during Will Week 2017, an annual initiative. Taking place from April 24 to 28, 2017, these are free basic estate planning/information seminars led by professionals working in this area.

The Winnipeg Foundation, the Manitoba Bar Association, and the Public Trustee of Manitoba have partnered to find lawyers to donate their time and knowledge to present these sessions to the public that will address:

  • Why you need a valid, updated Will, an enduring Power of Attorney, and a Health Care Directive
  • How to ensure your last wishes are achievable
  • How to support the community with a charitable gift in your Will

The following free seminars will be led by lawyers from Fillmore Riley LLP:
