Fillmore Riley LLP requires a Corporate Paralegal with a background in preparing incorporations, reorganizations, corporate transactions, as well as general minute book maintenance. The successful applicant must be highly organized, self-motivated, and have the ability to work under pressure. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP and Office 2007 is required.
Junior Real Estate Paralegal
Fillmore Riley LLP has an immediate opening for a junior- to mid-level real estate paralegal to support our growing team. This position is ideal for the candidate looking for career development in a premier Winnipeg law firm.
The primary responsibilities include management of real estate transactions using a computerized database, such as closings, client reporting, as well as general administrative duties.
The successful applicant must be highly organized, self-motivated and have the ability to work under pressure. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP and Office 2007 is required. A minimum of two years of legal experience in residential real estate is required.
Residential Paralegal
Fillmore Riley LLP has an immediate opening in our residential department. The primary responsibilities include management of real estate transactions using a computerized database, including closings, client reporting, as well as general administrative duties.
