Fillmore Riley Response to COVID-19
The World Health Organization has declared the global COVID-19 outbreak a pandemic and has urged all countries to take a comprehensive approach tailored to the circumstances, with containment as the central pillar.
In addition to taking proactive measures to safeguard the health and safety of our clients, employees and community, Fillmore Riley has a comprehensive business contingency plan with protocols that will enable us to provide services in the event of a temporary office closure. All of our lawyers, managers and senior employees have secure, remote practice capability should the need arise. At present, our office remains open on a limited basis with measures taken to restrict public access to meeting areas that are sanitized after each use.
Our Executive and Management Teams actively monitor official public health resources for information and communicate daily to continuously update best practices and protocols. We have implemented best practices with respect to business travel, vacations, public events and meetings, and we communicate updates to our team.
Fillmore Riley is taking every reasonable precaution to safeguard our community against COVID-19, while implementing contingency plan steps, as necessary, to provide the level of responsiveness our clients have come to expect from us.
Please check our website for updates. In the meantime, please do not hesitate to reach out to your contact lawyer if you have any questions. We wish everyone the best during this challenging time.
