Drug testing in the workplace
Kelsey M. Yakimoski’s article, “Drug testing in the workplace,” appears in the spring issue of The Municipal Leader. Kelsey summarizes the law and describes the leading case in which the judge struck down random drug testing in a dangerous workplace because the company could not provide evidence that substance abuse was an issue.
