Fillmore Riley lawyers prepare for Will Week.

Six lawyers who practise wills and estate law at Fillmore Riley LLP are preparing to deliver presentations during Will Week, an annual initiative.

Taking place from April 22 to April 26, 2013, these are free basic estate planning/information seminars led by professionals working in this area.

The Winnipeg Foundation, the Manitoba Bar Association and the Office of The Public Trustee have partnered to find lawyers to donate their time and expertise to present these sessions to the public that will address:

• Why you need a valid, updated Will, an enduring Power of Attorney and a Health Care Directive
• How to ensure your last wishes are achievable
• How to support the community with a charitable gift in your Will
