Practice Scope
The size and quality of our litigation department enables us to provide extensive services in all areas of litigation including corporate and commercial matters, shareholders disputes, contractual disputes, insurance (property and casualty, life, bonding and suretyship, professional errors and omissions), banking, personal injury (including medical malpractice), professional negligence, construction, family law and intellectual property.

The Government of Manitoba retained us to act as counsel to the Aboriginal Justice Inquiry and a domestic violence inquiry. We act for various professional organizations and associations concerning the discipline of their members as well as representing professionals involved in disciplinary proceedings. We represent individuals and corporations in criminal law matters including quasi-criminal regulatory offences related to business. Our litigators are able to act immediately, in all practice areas, in emergency actions such as seeking injunctive relief.
