Fillmore Riley’s David Simpson to present at The 2011 Accommodation Law Conference.

Employment and labour lawyer David Simpson will present at The 2011 Accommodation Law Conference to be held in Winnipeg May 5-6, 2011.
The conference will focus on new legal breakthroughs in the duty to accommodate and their impact on union and employer representatives in Canada.
Simpson will co-chair a question-and-answer session where a panel, composed of a labour arbitrator, union counsel and management counsel, will answer attendees’ questions about the duty to accommodate.
The conference will be attended by union representatives, employer representatives and lawyers. A total of 11 Continuing Professional Development credits may be claimed from the Law Society of Manitoba for attending this conference.
