International Trademark Association selects Steven Raber to join its Panel of Neutrals.

Fillmore Riley LLP congratulates Steven Raber, a partner and chair of the Intellectual Property Practice Group, on being selected to join the International Trademark Association’s (INTA) Panel of Neutrals.
This innovative Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program has been very successful in resolving trademark and unfair competition disputes without litigation.
Since the inception of the Panel of Neutrals, INTA has maintained high standards for its neutrals. To meet these standards, neutrals must have substantive legal knowledge coupled with training in mediation and must make a commitment to continue to gain relevant knowledge through experience and training during their tenure on the Panel.
