Fillmore Riley LLP congratulates the Honourable Madam Justice Shelley C. Fitzpatrick on her recent appointment to judge of the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
Madam Justice Fitzpatrick has been a partner with Davis LLP since 2001, an associate and partner with Campney & Murphy (Vancouver) from 1986 to 2000, and an associate with Fillmore Riley LLP from 1982 to 1985. She primarily practised in the areas of insolvency and commercial litigation.
Madam Justice Fitzpatrick received her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Manitoba in 1981 and was admitted to the Bars of Manitoba in 1982, British Columbia in1985, and Ontario in 2008.
