The partners of Fillmore Riley LLP congratulate their colleague Curran P. McNicol on his admission to partnership effective January 1, 2010.

During Randy McNicol’s career with Fillmore Riley, he earned a reputation as one of the foremost litigation lawyers this province has ever seen.

Curran practises primarily in the areas of civil, commercial, and insurance litigation, with an emphasis on commercial liability insurance, general insurance defence matters, and coverage disputes. He represents several Canadian- and American-based insurance companies and large insurance programs as defence, subrogation, and coverage counsel.

He earned is Bachelor of Arts from the University of Winnipeg in 2000 and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manitoba in 2003. He was admitted into the Manitoba Bar in 2004.
