Assisting clients in all aspects of real property transactions, we act for purchasers, vendors, lenders, contractors, developers, property managers, condominium corporations, landlords, and tenants. We also represent clients before municipal boards and tribunals concerned with construction or project development, taxation, and use and conveyance of residential, commercial, or industrial real estate.

This practice group has a sub-group committed to provide services for condominium law. We are experienced in everything from the initial registration of the condominium plan to enforcement of condominium declarations and by-laws. We provide a variety of services including financing condominium units, common expense collections, the calling of and preparation for annual and special meetings, opinions on condominium law, and the purchase and sale of condominium units. We represent condominium corporations, as well as individual condominium owners.
