Areas of Focus
Bob practices primarily in the areas of administrative law, regulatory law, civil litigation and health law. Bob has extensive involvement in the energy and telecommunications sector, including involvement in proceedings to deregulate aspects of these industries. Bob has also conducted inquiries/inquests for various clients.
Bob has, throughout his advocacy practice appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada, the Federal Court of Appeal, Manitoba Court of Appeal, Queen’s Bench of Manitoba, Public Utilities Board, Canadian Radio-television Telecommunications Commission and other Administrative Tribunals.
