Areas of Focus
Beth practices in the area of civil litigation, including the specialized areas of commercial litigation, administrative and regulatory law, professional discipline, professional negligence, shareholder disputes, and municipal, insurance and employment law.
Beth has appeared before all levels of Courts in Manitoba and the Federal Court of Canada, and has extensive appellate experience. She has also appeared before various administrative tribunals, including the Law Society of Manitoba, Manitoba Judicial Council, Manitoba Labour Board, Manitoba Municipal Board, City of Winnipeg Board of Revision, Human Rights Commission and the Appeal Commission, Manitoba Tenancies Branch.
