Curran is a partner with Fillmore Riley LLP, practising primarily in the areas of civil, commercial, and insurance litigation, with an emphasis on property insurance, commercial liability insurance, general insurance defence matters, and coverage disputes.

Curran represents several Canadian- and American-based insurance companies and insurance programs as defence, subrogation, and coverage counsel.

Curran has appeared at all levels of court in Manitoba and before numerous administrative tribunals.
